Breakfast is often the victim of the morning crisis time. Though you may be tempted to do so skip breakfast, you can simplify your morning routine by following the following 8 tips:

1. Complete the homework and pack the school bag in the evening.
2. Decide what your kids will do wear to school before you go to bed and search shoes missing for the next day.
3. In the morning, wake up 15 minutes previous.
4. Give up computer games and morning television.
5. Have a healthy meal on hand. You also have to shop for breakfast with your children and consider their personal preferences.
6. Put the cereal on the night before. For younger children, fill in a zippered plastic bag with the portion, then add the milk inside the morning.
7. Let your children use microwave frequently, as most breakfast foods can be put up in less than 5 minutes.
8. Let your children eat in cars or on the way to school.

There are some foods you can eat breakfast, even leftovers from dinner if they are enough. You can eat bagels, pizza together fruit juice, pretzels, or normal and bacon eggs whose breakfasts are known. Mostly food snap to prepare, and will not take you but a few minutes.

Next time you are in a hurry in the morning, remember that you may be skipping the most important food of the day. If you follow tips above, you will find that you have a lot of time to breakfast.
